The user can Ping to its drive subdomain in Command Prompt and then monitor the results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Usually Google drive is accessible from this web URL:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/u\/0\/my-drive\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/u\/0\/my-drive<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><b>Problem 2 : Google Drive randomly crashes<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The solutions for this problem vary, depending on the platform being used. If it\u2019s the Google web interface that has crashed, it most likely means that there is an issue with the browser. If the Google desktop client crashes, which means probably there is an issue with the desktop client or the Windows. It might not be that easy to identify the actual issue behind it, but if it persists, it\u2019s better to remove and then reinstall Google Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>If Google web interface crashes<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Visit Chrome\u2019s website and download Google Chrome, which is highly optimized for Google web products<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/chrome\/browser\/desktop\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.google.com\/chrome\/browser\/desktop\/<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.\u00a0If you are using desktop client of Google Drive it is important you clean junk from your computer. Download Google Drive\u2019s setup again from the following link and install it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/drive\/download\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.google.com\/drive\/download\/<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><b>Problem \u00a03 : The user isn\u2019t authorized to access the Google cloud platform <\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Find the Google Drive icon from the notification area of your taskbar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Right click on it, click on the 3 vertical dotted lines and then click \u201cPreferences\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Switch to the \u201cAccount\u201d tab and find the \u201cDisconnect Account\u201d button and click on it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stcleaner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Disconnect-Google-Account.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-124\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stcleaner.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Disconnect-Google-Account.png\" alt=\"Disconnect-Google-Account\" width=\"168\" height=\"145\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This will force Google Drive to disconnect from its servers. Users can reconnect by entering their username and password. Access unauthorized error usually occurs when the user changes the password or enables the 2 factor verification. By re-logging onto the Google platform, this error can be easily taken care of.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Problem \u00a04 : The local folder of Google drive is moved\/renamed\/deleted.<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you experience either of the 3 conditions to have happened, simply uninstall and then reinstall Google Drive.
