Click Analyze.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click Sync once you are ready to initiate the sync procedure.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><b>Remove Duplicate Files from OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox &amp; Amazon S3<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Syncing data to the cloud is very important, removing duplicates is no less in importance. If the user doesn\u2019t take appropriate action against duplicates, they will run out of cloud disk space very soon. The presence of duplicates also slows down any searches the user might perform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users can organize their data in a more structured manner to minimize the chances of duplicates being created. They can also use a duplicate buster like Cloud Duplicate Finder on a regular basis to take care of any duplicates that might have sneaked in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cloud Duplicate Finder employs smart technology to scan the cloud data and group together the duplicates. It scans the content of each and every file before determining if it is a duplicate or not. It is a fast, and super-safe web service. It takes data safety very seriously and treats user data with the safety it deserves.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>The Procedure<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now we get to a step-by-step guide on deleting the duplicates using Cloud Duplicate Finder.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to the official website of Cloud Duplicate Finder and create an account. You can also use the Sign Up with Google button if you\u2019re using a Gmail address.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the Proceed button after completing the registration form.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soon you will receive the email. Click the activation link given in that email.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now you have to set the desired password of your CDF account.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The last step before the action begins is to subscribe to a membership plan that suits your needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navigate to the Scan area and select the cloud drive you want to scan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CDF will access your data after you have provided the login credentials and given your approval to CDF accessing your cloud drive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The cloud drive data will be uploaded momentarily.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the folder\/ folders you want to scan for dupes. Choose between All Files or Custom Files<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to customize the scan.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click Scan to start the scan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The scan results will be shown to you in a pop-up.
