In fact, this technology gives you something extra: It improves the way you share your documents, files and projects with your co-workers, colleagues, and information. And, it doesn\u2019t stop here. Now follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Download and install\u00a0<\/span><b>Clone Files Checker<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. (Remember: there\u2019s no built-in tool in your Windows, you\u2019ve got to rely on a reliable third party software).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the <strong>Cloud Scan<\/strong> tab and choose between <strong>Google Drive<\/strong>, <strong>Dropbox<\/strong> and <strong>OneDrive<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <strong>Load Drive<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter your login credentials, click <strong>Sign in<\/strong> and then patiently wait for the data to be loaded into <strong>Clone Files Checker<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the data has been loaded, select all folders which you want to scan for duplicates. Would you like to scan for particular duplicate file types? I\u2019d recommend scanning all sorts of dupes to get the best results. You can still, if you want, select the <\/span><b>\u201cCustom\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> option and select the file types you wish to include.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start the scan. Wait until it finishes. (It might take several minutes depending on the size of your files, number of files).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now click the <strong>Select Duplicates<\/strong> button and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">choose between retaining the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">file version (newer\/ older\/ most modified\/ least modified).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, click <strong>Select Action<\/strong> and choose between <strong>Permanent Delete<\/strong> and <strong>Move to Folder<\/strong> (the options are self-explanatory)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here you go!
