Use Advanced Startup<\/b><\/h3>\n

The <\/span>Advanced Startup<\/b> is a diagnostic feature that restores Windows from a previously created system image. You cannot use this feature if you don\u2019t have a previously created system image.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Connect the <\/span>USB stick<\/b> or <\/span>DVD ROM <\/b>that contains your system image.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click the <\/span>start<\/b> button.<\/span><\/li>\n

    Disable Fast Startup<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Fast Startup<\/b> feature combines the features of hibernation and shutdown to make the Windows boot process faster. It uses the <\/span>hiberfil.sys<\/b> file during system power off procedure. <\/span>Windows 10<\/b> shows a blue screen of death with critical structure corruption error when your computer\u2019s hardware does not support the fast startup feature.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Click the <\/span>start<\/b> button, type <\/span>Power Options<\/b> and open it from the <\/span>Search Results<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n

      Outdated drivers can cause a lot of system problems and even display the <\/span>BSOD<\/b> error with critical structure corruption error. You can fix the problem by finding the problematic driver and updating it to the latest version.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Type <\/span>mmc devmgmt.msc<\/b> in the <\/span>Search<\/b> box and open it from the Search Results.<\/span><\/li>\n
