      Start Phone in Safe Mode<\/b><\/h2>\n

      The <\/span>Safe Mode<\/b> is a limited functionality mode where only those apps which are essential for the functioning of your phone, are run. Prevent unwanted apps from loading using the <\/span>Safe Mode<\/b> feature.<\/span><\/p>\n

      7. Tap the<\/span> Wipe Cache Partition <\/b>option.<\/span><\/li>\n
      8. Press the <\/span>Power <\/b>key again.<\/span><\/li>\n
      9. Tap the <\/span>Power Off <\/b>option.<\/span><\/li>\n
      10. Tap <\/span>Restart <\/b>option.<\/span><\/li>\n
      11. Your phone will boot up in the safe mode.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Perform Master Reset<\/b><\/h2>\n

        Master Reset<\/b> is the process of restoring your device’s state to the factory settings. Remember, all data stored on your device will be permanently deleted. Make sure you create a backup on a computer before initiating the master reset.<\/span><\/p>\n
