Step 1: Log-In

Step 2: Setting a Preset

After you have logged-in and the apps are running, you will need to set up a Preset in ManyCam. There are several options offered by ManyCam to its users in terms of sharing content such as picture in picture mode. This allows the user to organize and display content during live conversations. Setting-Up a Preset requires Navigating to the Preset section and choosing one of the Preset options. Next, you will need to select Desktop and All displays for the application to show the content or app running on your desktop.

Step 3: Creating a New or Group Chat

Click New Chat to create a new chat with a friend, colleague or a group chat with several participants. Next, assign a name to group chat and proceed to select the participants. Click the -> sign to confirm your selection and the group will be created within a second.

Step 4: Audio & Video Setup (Skype)

The next step of the setup process requires setting both audio and video, which is quite simple. Navigate to Settings and click Audio & Video to enter the setting section. On the top, the app will display the camera, whereas settings for the microphone and speaker are laid in the following sections. Moreover, Skype will automatically detect your camera. Tap USB Camera on the top-right corner and Select ManyCam Virtual Webcam. Furthermore, Skype allows you to test audio in addition to making a free test call to ensure that all the devices are working properly.

Step 5: Share Content

By now you are done with setting the Preset, adding ManyCam Virtual Camera and creating a new chat. The only thing left now is that you need to select a Preset, which contains the content you want to share with the participants.
